Typical life problems and Lifehacks

  1. You did not reach your goal:

Do not get disappointed. Try another approach in reaching your goal. If you keep doing the same, you will get same results.

  • Someone criticized you:

You cannot make everybody happy. Not possible. Keep doing good still. Good will come back to you in different formats, but in same lifetime. Take critic inputs as something to improve upon. Learn from criticism, not be afraid about it.

When you speak on a stage, for example, 35% of people will like you, 15% won’t know who you are and 50% of people will think differently as who you are.

  • Your career got messed up:

The solution is to see it as a chance to grow.

  • You have financial problems:

Ask for help. When possible, return it. Money is not everything in life. Off course it is essential. Consider lack of money if a gift. When you don’t have money, you become creative to earn it more.

  • You have health issue:

Follow good hygiene practices and keep yourself fit. Regular exercising, managing your diet and adequate sleep are the solutions. There’s no mystery around being healthy it’s just that we have become lazy. Do clinical check-ups. Drink plenty of water. Get to the exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Stand up from your desk every now and then so that you are not sitting the whole day and straining your spine or neck. Whatever you do, take ownership of your health, and quit being ignorant.

  • A relationship ended:

“Have your heart broken just don’t let it stay that way”

The solution to this problem is to find yourself. Once you find yourself, the heart will be ready for love again. How you move forward from there is up to you.

  • You failed:

It is okay. It is a sign of courage to face failures. Failures teach us more than success stories. Those who fail in the short-term will eventually win in the long-term with practice.

  • Some messed up with your emotions:

What matters is that you don’t get messed up. What matters is that you take care of yourself.

  • You feel that your life has no meaning:

Everyone has ups and downs in life. Volunteer helping those who have nothing. Find out the purpose.

  1. Everyday feels same:

You must find joy in the repetition. Allow something new. Add variety in your daily routine to break your comfort zone. Example: Talk to a someone new, try learning new skill, travelling etc

  1. A fear is coming your way:

Smash the fear into millions of pieces. But do not avoid it. Prepare yourself to face it. Once you have worked towards overcoming it, you will have a sense of accomplishment.

  1. You feel stressed:

Too much of everything is bad as we know. Moderation is the key. Declutter your mind.

Example: Say not to more meetings, organise yourself, take regular breaks, have people in your life who matter and will be there for you, etc.
